Open to runners – a warm up event for the Long Mynd Hike
Registration from 07.45, start (walkers and runners) 09.00 all finish by 19.30
Route: Wistanstow, Clun, Bishop’s Castle, Wistanstow, mostly on footpaths/tracks 26miles.
Support: Soup and Roll to start, drinks and snacks at checkpoints, simple meal at the finish. Transport to finish for retirees.
