Tuesday training session

An informal group meets every Tuesday in the Church Stretton co-op car park at 6.45pm for a social run in the local hills. All welcome. Runs typically last an hour, then we retire for some serious carbo loading in The Ragleth Inn, Little Stretton.

3 Peaks Corndon Classic

A great total of 66 runners made the re-birth of this smashing 6 miler totally worthwhile .
Despite a drizzly start to the race the hard pull over the top of Corndon Hill from the start
at the Miners Arms soon warmed every one up. The day and the
views then simply got better and better.

OMM - Bad Press

I'm sure like me, many of you watched in horror at the weekend as The OMM and Fell Running in general hit news head lines. I have to say I've spent a hour or two reading the press coverage and the various web running forums, it would appear that we became a victim of some over reporting and sensationalism to say the least.
