Mercia Fell Runners Club

Friends of Gill Harris, many of them members of Mercia Fell Runners thought it appropriate to remember her in a permanent, and fitting way following her sad and untimely death last year, marking in particular her achievements in the Long Mynd Hike, The National Trust were approached and agreed to the replacement one of the existing waymarker posts that already existed on The Long Mynd with a new finger post, The new finger post has been erected at High Park on the route of both, The Stretton Skyline, and The Long Mynd Hike in time for this years events, we hope the post will act as a reminder and inspiration to us all, for many years to come
