Susan Morgan, the Organiser of the above event has asked us if we would bring it to the attention of our runners.
This year's fund-raising charity walk/run for Shropshire Mind is taking place on Saturday 15th May 2010,  The event starts, as last year, from the Craven Arms Discovery Centre where the Event will be based.   There are three circular routes scheduled:-
Route 1 :  (3.8 miles)  from Craven Arms through Stoke Wood and Sallow Coppice;
Route 2 :  (7 miles) uphill and through woods to Flounders Folly, back over Wenlock Edge and the Marches Way;
Route 3:   (8.7 miles) along Onny river, through woods to Wart Hill, over Hopesay Hill and back via Stoke Wood amd Stokesay.
