20th UKA British Fell and Hill Relay 2008 - YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU

This year the FRA Relays are to be held locally in the Clwydian Hills on Sunday the 19th October. They will be based at Llangynhafal in Denbighshire, which for most Mercians is quite accessible. There are four legs to the Relay, 2 solo legs and 2 pairs'  legs, some legs are partially marked and they vary in length from 5.5 miles to 9 miles. All the routes are covered by OS map Explorer Clywdian Range.
For the first year for a very long time, there will be a Ladies team taking part, and the hunt is on for runners to take part in the Men's Teams, We have teams entries for Senior Men and Veteran Men, and there are opportunities for extra teams to be entered if necessary. so, if you would wish to be considered for entry to any  team, please contact our Team Manager for the Senior Men,
Be proud of our Club, this is a great opportunity to showcase MERCIA, be it as an enthusiastic fell runner, experienced navigator, club supporter for the weekend or one of our more elite runners who just need a little 'shove'.  We need you all   -   Come on Let's do this.
The Club entries close on a first come first served basis at the end of August, so to give us chance to enter as many teams as we can please contact Pete soon.
